Challenges and Limitations in Driver Account Creation
Driver account creation on the Keavibe platform may be subject to various challenges and limitations that can affect the approval, timing, or continuation of access to the service. Keavibe does not guarantee that every applicant who submits a driver registration request will be approved or permitted to operate on the platform. Approval depends on the driver’s ability to meet all eligibility, safety, legal, and operational requirements at the time of application and on an ongoing basis.

One common challenge in driver account creation arises from the submission of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent information or documentation. If the information provided by a driver cannot be successfully verified, conflicts with existing records, or fails to meet Keavibe’s standards, the registration process may be delayed, rejected, or suspended until the issue is resolved. Keavibe is not responsible for delays caused by errors or omissions in driver-submitted information.

Transportation laws, licensing rules, insurance requirements, or government regulations may vary by location and may change over time. In some jurisdictions, Keavibe may be required to limit the number of active drivers, pause new registrations, or deny access entirely to comply with local laws or regulatory directives.

Operational and business considerations may further affect driver account creation. Failure to meet safety, conduct, or compliance standards may result in denial of registration or removal from the platform, even after an account has been initially approved.

Drivers acknowledge and agree that challenges or limitations in account creation are an inherent part of operating a regulated transportation platform. Keavibe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue driver onboarding processes at any time to ensure legal compliance, user safety, and service quality, without creating any obligation to approve or maintain driver accounts.
