Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keavibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or personal belongings, arising from or related to the use of its services, and Keavibe’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific ride giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keavibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, personal belongings, delays, or service interruptions, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the service, and Keavibe’s total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the user for the applicable ride. In no event shall Keavibe, its owners, employees, drivers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the service, including accidents, delays, cancellations, or third-party actions, and any liability, where legally applicable, shall be strictly limited to the fare paid for the ride in question.

Keavibe is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, and any liability related to the use of the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific trip.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of Keavibe’s services or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, in accordance with applicable adjudication by the laws and rules, and users waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

The arbitration shall take place in the designated jurisdiction, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction with courts therein having exclusive jurisdiction solely for matters not subject to arbitration or for the enforcement of arbitral verdicts.
