The Keavibe platform enables passengers to request transportation services from independent drivers. When a passenger submits a ride request through the platform, the request is transmitted to available drivers. A booking is considered confirmed only when a driver accepts the request. Keavibe does not guarantee that a ride request will be accepted or that a driver will be available at the requested time or location.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information when making a booking. Any errors, changes, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, or cancellation of the booking. Keavibe is not responsible for service issues arising from inaccurate booking details provided by the passenger.
Passengers may cancel a booking through the Keavibe platform before or after a driver has accepted the ride. Cancellation policies, including any applicable cancellation fees, waiting time charges, or no-show fees, may vary by location and will be disclosed to the passenger prior to confirmation or within the platform. Repeated or excessive cancellations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Drivers may cancel a booking in certain circumstances, including safety concerns, passenger misconduct, inaccurate pickup information, or circumstances beyond the driver’s reasonable control. Drivers are expected to cancel bookings in good faith and in accordance with platform policies. Repeated or unjustified driver cancellations may affect driver ratings, access to the platform, or account status.
Once a ride has begun, cancellation may result in partial charges based on time, distance traveled, or other applicable fees. Passengers agree to pay all applicable fares, fees, tolls, surcharges, and taxes associated with completed or partially completed rides, as displayed or calculated by the platform.
Keavibe reserves the right to modify booking and cancellation policies at any time to reflect operational needs, legal requirements, or service improvements. Updated policies will be made available through the platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Keavibe is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages resulting from cancellations, unaccepted bookings, driver availability issues, traffic conditions, weather, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
