Free Fuel Electronic Code (Ride Milestone Reward)

1.0 Purpose
At KEA VIBE, we recognize that our partners are the heartbeat of our 24/7 operations. To appreciate the dedication and hard work of our Drivers and Riders, this policy establishes the Fuel Bonus Program, designed to subsidize operational costs for high-performing partners.

2.0 Incentive Overview
KEA VIBE guarantees a Free Fuel Electronic Code (redeemable for an amount of liters) to any partner who successfully completes a specific milestone of rides within the KEA VIBE platform.

3.0 Qualification Criteria
To qualify for the fuel electronic code, a KEA VIBE Partner must meet the following requirements:

* The 25-Ride Milestone: The partner must complete a total of 25 valid rides.
* Recurrence: This incentive is recurring. Every time a partner completes a cycle of 25 rides, they generate a new entitlement for an Electronic Code for the rewarded liters of fuel.

        >Example: A partner completing 50 rides is eligible for for double the Electronic Code for the rewarded amount of liters of fuel.

* Ride Validity: Only completed rides (no-shows and partner-initiated cancellation excluded) count toward the tally. Upon completing the 25^th ride, the system will flag the partner as eligible. A notification will be issued to the qualified partner from KEA VIBE Office to ensure that they are fully informed.

4.0  Weekly Bonus (Vehicle Owners)

• KEA VIBE Driver/Rider-Partners

KEA VIBE Operational Partners, using their own vehicles, also qualify for a Weekly Electronic Fuel Voucher only when the platform registers verified periods of high service demand.

NOTE: Operational Availability

This Incentive is available for all KEA VIBE Partners using their own vehicles. This include only Partners using Mechanical Vehicles.

Note: While our platforms run 24/7, the rewarded Electronic code(s) do not have specified number of days for expiration.

* KEA VIBE Office will issue a notification to the designated partner(s) once he/she qualifies for the Electronic Code Bonus.

5.0 Terms and Conditions

1. Transferable: The Electronic Code is initially issued specifically to the partner account holder but can be transferred to any third party after it has been received by the qualified partner.
2. Validity: Once issued, the Electronic Code can only be used ones. That same Electronic Code cannot be shared or be used by two or more people.
3. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate ride counts (e.g., fake bookings) will result in immediate disqualification from the incentive program and potential suspension from the KEA VIBE platform.
